Job description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Business Developer Specialist to join our business development team.
This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in B2B prospecting and lead generation via LinkedIn and other platforms, has a knack for crafting personalized outreach messages, and thrives in a results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients on LinkedIn.
- Build and manage outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
- Nurture prospects through personalized messaging and follow-ups.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the business development team.
- Maintain and update CRM tools with lead information and interaction history.
- Collaborate with the team to refine targeting strategies and improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with LinkedIn and upwork based lead generation and outreach.
- Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar outreach tools.
- Strong written communication skills and a professional tone.
- Experience working in a B2B environment, preferably in tech or digital services.
- Ability to work independently and manage outreach workflows effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tracking engagement metrics.
- Understanding of LinkedIn profile optimization and personal branding is a plus.
- Knowledge of outreach strategies for different markets is a bonus.
