We're looking for a passionate AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI. If you have a solid understanding of Computer Vision and experience deploying models on cloud platforms, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Design, train, and fine-tune LLMs (such as GPT, BERT, LLaMA, etc.) for NLP tasks
  • Develop intelligent and creative solutions powered by Generative AI
  • Work on projects involving chatbots, summarization, sentiment analysis, and text classification
  • Optimize and deploy AI models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face
  • Apply computer vision algorithms for detection and recognition tasks
  • Deploy and manage models on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Stay current with emerging AI research and technologies
  • Follow best practices in AI ethics, data privacy, and model security

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Machine Learning or AI-related work
  • Strong background in NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI
  • Skilled in Python and major ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
  • Understanding of Computer Vision and/or Reinforcement Learning is a plus
  • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model deployment
  • Familiarity with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph frameworks preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

Compensation

Starting salary ranges from Rs. 95,000 to Rs. 120,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
