Qualifications:

  • Degree in business administration or relative field

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with heads of departments, regions, managers and other senior executives to ensure that tasks assigned by the CEO are completed timely and accurately.
  • Be able to travel as and when required.
  • Ensure travel arrangements and visas processing.
  • Corresponding on behalf of the CEO, preparing, summarizing, and editing internal and external correspondence including letters, emails and minutes of meetings
  • Extend protocol to visitors and manage their travel arrangements and itinerary
  • Actively build an effective network of contacts both internally and externally
  • Plan, organize and coordinate functions and special events on behalf of the CEO
  • Maintain files and records in an organized and efficient manner
  • Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office and "back-office" software (e.g. ERP)
  • In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Integrity and confidentiality
