Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Islamabad for an Executive Secretary to the CEO. The Executive Secretary will be responsible for clerical tasks, company secretarial work, executive administrative assistance, and customer service. Day-to-day tasks include managing schedules, preparing reports, handling correspondence, liaising with various departments, and supporting the CEO in daily activities.

Qualifications

  • Clerical Skills and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Experience in Company Secretarial Work
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
