Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for our IT products, Managed Print Solutions (MPS), toners, IT hardware, and maintenance contracts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, an ability to build customer relationships, and a strategic approach to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Achieve a monthly sales target of the company.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Negotiate and close deals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
  • Introduce company products and solutions to potential customers through email communication and face-to-face meetings.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and send detailed Meeting Minutes (MOMs) after each customer visit.
  • Follow up on proposals and ensure prompt communication with clients.
  • Sales Funnel and Reporting:
  • Maintain and update the sales funnel weekly, sharing progress and updates with the CEO.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including performance metrics, challenges, opportunities, and competitor analysis.
  • Customer Needs Assessment and Proposal Development:
  • Gather customer requirements to craft customized proposals for IT products, MPS, and hardware solutions.
  • Calculate click costs for Managed Print Services proposals to demonstrate cost-benefit and ROI to customers.
  • Product Presentations and Marketing:
  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and solution-based pitches to prospective customers as needed.
  • Market MPS brochures and promotional materials to new and existing customers.
  • Collaboration with Principals and Presales Team:
  • Liaise with principal partners to negotiate special pricing for high-volume customers.
  • Coordinate with the presales team to prepare tailored solutions and presentations highlighting MPS benefits.
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic initiatives to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Customer Database and Certifications:
  • Update customer information in designated templates and formats.
  • Obtain and maintain certifications for related products and solutions.
  • Maintenance Contracts and Toner Sales:
  • Promote maintenance contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for equipment.
  • Drive sales of imported toners, ensuring warranty fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Accountability:
  • Meet sales targets within specified timeframes to maintain full salary benefits.
  • Salary adjustments will occur progressively if targets are not met within three months, nine months, and one year.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs85,000.00 per month
