Job Summary

As an HR Executive at Topdot Lahore office, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing our human resources operations. You'll be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and supporting strategic HR initiatives that align with our company goals. You'll also lead efforts in employer branding, manage our HRIS system, and oversee HR-related social media content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across various departments.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Manage job postings and candidate pipelines.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding documentation.
  • Employee Relations
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Support conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
  • Performance & Engagement
  • Support performance review cycles and feedback processes.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
  • Employer Branding
  • Develop and execute strategies to promote Topdot as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling content that showcases company culture and values.
  • Social Media Management
  • Manage HR-related content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook etc.).
  • Share updates on hiring, employee achievements, and company events.
  • HRIS Administration
  • Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
  • Ensure data accuracy and generate reports for management insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and social media tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for employer branding and digital engagement.
