Hiring For Upwork Bidder/Business Development Executive

  • Full Time

  • Onsite Job

  • Hybrid Model ( 1 PM to 7 PM in Office and remaining remotely).

Responsibilities

- The ideal candidate should have a whole idea/concept of how Upwork works, Insights, profile optimization, client handling, etc.

  • Good hands-on experience on Upwork Bidding.

  • Knowledge and experience with other channels is a plus point, like emails/LinkedIn/data scraping.

  • Build relationships with prospective clients

  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients

  • Manage sales pipeline, analyze market, and establish competitive advantages

  • Track metrics to ensure targets are achieved.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree, 1 to 2 years in the sales industry.

  • Experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing.

  • Demonstrated sales success

Strong negotiation skills, strong communication and presentation skills.

  • CRM experience is preferred.
