Hiring For Upwork Bidder/Business Development Executive

Onsite Job
Hybrid Model ( 1 PM to 7 PM in Office and remaining remotely).
Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate should have a whole idea/concept of how Upwork works, Insights, profile optimization, client handling, etc.
Good hands-on experience on Upwork Bidding.
Knowledge and experience with other channels is a plus point, like emails/LinkedIn/data scraping.
Build relationships with prospective clients
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Manage sales pipeline, analyze market, and establish competitive advantages
Track metrics to ensure targets are achieved.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree, 1 to 2 years in the sales industry.
Experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing.
Demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills, strong communication and presentation skills.
- CRM experience is preferred.
