Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Estimator to join our team for USA-based construction estimation projects. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Civil, Electrical, or relevant field with a basic understanding of quantity takeoff and cost estimation.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications.
  • Prepare and organize estimates for residential and commercial projects.
  • Work on divisions such as Concrete, Drywall, Painting, Flooring, and General Trades.
  • Coordinate with senior estimators for review and submission.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma (DAE Civil / Electrical or equivalent).
  • Basic knowledge of Bluebeam, Planswift, or Excel.
  • Must be able to read and understand construction drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous estimation experience (2–3 months) preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Pakistan Time)

Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
