Position Title: Brand/Marketing Manager

Position Based In: DHA, Karachi – Pakistan

Gender: Male/Female

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Manage the brand's positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor out-of-home (OOH) advertising campaigns, including billboards, transit, and other outdoor media.
  • Work closely with design and media buying teams to ensure high-impact billboard creatives and optimal placement.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee and align all brand communication channels including print, digital, social media, and OOH.
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive branding.
  • Manage relationships with external advertising agencies, media houses, and production vendors.
  • Track and report on brand performance metrics and campaign ROI, including OOH effectiveness.
  • Ensure all visual and written communication reflects brand standards and resonates with target audiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role, preferably with experience in OOH media.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, and campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with billboard planning, media buying, and outdoor advertising metrics.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and creative briefing.
