Role Overview:

We're looking for a highly organized Project Manager who can lead projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be someone who can manage a team, coordinate with international clients, and keep multiple projects on track. A background in photo or video editing is a big plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day project operations and timelines
  • Coordinate between editing team and clients
  • Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain quality control of deliverables
  • Communicate effectively with international clients
  • Troubleshoot workflow challenges and suggest improvements

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills (including English communication)
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Comfortable with using spreadsheets
  • Fast Learner
  • Can commute to our office in Karachi DHA Phase VII
  • Knowledge of photo or video editing workflows (preferred but not required)
  • Bachelor's degree (Business/Project Management/Media Studies preferred)
