The Role:

We're looking for a proactive Ecommerce Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate online marketplace operations and client projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project execution, team coordination, and timely delivery of ecommerce tasks while maintaining clear communication between internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day ecommerce operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and Temu.
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and communication between teams.
  • Support account managers with listings, inventory updates, and promotional campaigns.
  • Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain organized records of client communications, reports, and deliverables.
  • Assist in preparing performance reports and analyzing ecommerce KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to execute tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce coordination, operations, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
