Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Multan for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and attracting potential customers, generating and nurturing leads, conducting research to develop targeted sales strategies, and refining communication materials to effectively engage and convert leads. This role involves collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to achieve growth objectives and drive results by identifying new opportunities, managing customer interactions, and maintaining sales pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Lead Generation and acquiring New Leads
  • Strong Sales and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in Research and analyzing data to identify business opportunities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar field will be an advantage
