GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT invites applications for the position of Used Car Inspector. This role is crucial in ensuring that all pre-owned vehicles meet our high standards of quality and safety. As a Used Car Inspector, you will perform detailed inspections, uncover potential issues, and provide comprehensive assessments to support our sales team and enhance customer trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out thorough inspections of used vehicles, evaluating their mechanical, electrical, and aesthetic conditions
  • Document inspection findings and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance
  • Conduct test drives to assess vehicle performance and functionality
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with service departments to address any vehicle issues identified during inspections
  • Maintain organized records of inspections and generate reports
  • Stay informed on industry standards and advancements in automotive inspection techniques

Requirements
  • Proven experience in automotive inspections or a related field
  • Strong understanding of vehicle systems and safety regulations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and keen observation skills
  • Good communication skills to effectively share findings with staff and customers
  • Ability to offer solid recommendations based on inspection outcomes
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • ASE certification or similar automotive qualifications preferred
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as business needs require
