Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and people-focused Program Manager to lead our Global Operations team. This role is responsible for driving day-to-day operations, improving sales support processes, and managing rebate-related workflows while ensuring operational rigor across all regions. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, systems-savvy, and able to work within existing resources to build scalable solutions.
What You Will Do as a Program Manager - Global Operations:

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
Program Management & Leadership
Lead the global sales operations program, ensuring operational consistency and alignment across geographies.
- Own the delivery and evolution of core operational processes, including partner data collection, sales reporting, and rebate invoicing.
Establish and track team goals and KPIs to measure performance and operational effectiveness.
Partner Data Collection & Rebate Operations
Manage and improve the collection and consolidation of global partner data using Excel and other available tools.
- partner rebate invoicing, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and documentation in coordination with Finance.
Work within current systems to optimize partner tracking and reporting processes while identifying future automation opportunities.
Sales Support & Process Optimization
Support the sales organization with timely reports, analysis of sales activity, and market insights to enable better decision-making.
- Collaborate with regional teams to understand unique market dynamics and ensure localized support while maintaining global standards.
Drive continuous improvement of processes related to quoting, onboarding, and partner engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a central liaison between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure efficient handoffs, clear communication, and shared accountability.
Facilitate cross-functional calls and working groups to align on goals, resolve blockers, and scale best practices.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a global team of operations specialists, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence.
- Manage team priorities, workloads, and growth paths to meet evolving business needs.
What You Will Bring To The Team
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field. PMP, MBA, or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Experience
12+ years in sales operations, partner program management, or global business operations.
- Hands-on experience managing rebate programs and invoicing workflows.
Demonstrated ability to run complex Excel-based tracking/reporting processes efficiently across global teams.
Skills
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, error-proofing).
- Familiarity with CRM and partner tools (Salesforce, PRM platforms) is preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a sharp eye for detail and process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to clearly explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable leading within imperfect systems while building toward improvement.
