Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail oriented
Deputy Manager – Strategy & Creative
to join our team. This role requires a blend of
strategic acumen, creative storytelling, and design sensibility
. The ideal candidate will translate complex business insights into impactful visual and written communication, supporting leadership in driving clarity, alignment, and engagement across strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop
    strategic presentations, reports, and communication material
    for leadership reviews and high-level discussions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance, product, etc.) to
    gather insights, analyze data, and synthesize findings
    into clear narratives.
  • Create
    compelling visual communication assets
    that simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
  • Support the design and execution of
    strategic projects, brand initiatives, and organizational transformation programs
    .
  • Ensure all communication materials are
    aligned with brand identity, tone of voice, and corporate objectives
    .
  • Stay updated on
    market trends, competitor moves, and industry benchmarks
    to incorporate into strategic storytelling.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines, delivering
    high quality outputs under pressure
    .

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7-8 years of relevant experience in
    strategy, business communication, or creative
    .
  • Exceptional skills in
    PowerPoint, Keynote, or equivalent presentation tools
    ; familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong
    analytical and storytelling abilities
    – able to convert data and insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent
    written and verbal communication skills
    .
  • Highly detail-oriented with a passion for
    strategy
    ,
    design, aesthetics, and brand communication
    .
  • Ability to
    work independently and collaboratively
    .
