We are seeking a proactive and experienced
Deputy Manager Sales
to lead our VRF and Chillers sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate HVAC Sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Responsible for Sales of VRF & Chillers .
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the HVAC division.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct product demonstration and presentations to potential industrial clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities of VRF and Chillers in industrial sector and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

  • B.E Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics will be preferred.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC products, applications, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
