Walee's fast-scaling creator economy platform, is looking for a Head of Content Platforms to lead the charge on platform growth, creator success, and content monetization loops.

This is a senior strategic role (VP / Sr. Level) for someone who deeply understands live-streaming apps, creator dynamics, monetization systems, and what it takes to build viral, sticky digital platforms.

About the Role:

As Lead – Content Platforms, you'll be at the intersection of Product, Growth, Creator Monetization, and Community Strategy. You'll drive both the platform KPIs and creator satisfaction metrics, building ecosystems that scale with value and velocity.

This is your chance to shape one of Pakistan's most exciting digital content platforms from the ground up — with full ownership and room to experiment, iterate, and scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead growth and user retention for the live streaming product with a creator-first mindset.

Design and execute monetization loops (including gifts, coins, badges, rewards) to drive creator income and user engagement.

Build and improve the platform feedback loop between creators, users, and product.

Collaborate with product teams on feature innovation around creator tools, discovery, community, and engagement.

Own and track platform-side metrics, including DAU, session times, creator churn, and monetization performance.

Develop gamification strategies and micro-incentive systems to boost content production and participation.

Partner with creator onboarding, support, and operations teams to ensure a smooth and engaging creator journey.

Stay on top of global creator economy trends and apply insights locally to fuel innovation and growth.

Who We're Looking For:

Prior experience in live-streaming apps (e.g., Bigo, TikTok Live, Like, etc.) in growth, product, or platform leadership roles.

Deep understanding of platform monetization, creator engagement, gift economies, and community building.

Track record of scaling user platforms with content-driven growth strategies.

Strong grasp of product-user feedback loops, behavioral analytics, and performance metrics.

Bonus: Experience in gamification, digital rewards, or micro-incentive ecosystems.
