Redbox Technologies Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage all financial aspects of the business, including company accounts, employee payroll, taxation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting, with the ability to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the company's financial records, general ledger, and daily accounting tasks.
- Process and manage employee payroll, benefits, deductions, and ensure timely salary disbursements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle tax preparation, filing, and ensure compliance with all local and federal tax laws.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable and cash flow.
- Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial legislation.
- Provide financial recommendations to management for business growth and efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or certification like ACCA/CA/CMA is a plus).
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books.
- Strong knowledge of local tax laws, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

: Competitive — based on experience and qualifications
Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
