Job Summary

We are looking for a well-groomed, and customer-oriented Female Guest Relations Officer to be the welcoming face of our upcoming boutique-style coffee house & bistro located at Gulberg Green Islamabad. The GRO will ensure guests enjoy a premium dining experience by providing exceptional service, maintaining strong communication, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive.
  • Assist customers in choosing seating and ensure their comfort.
  • Build rapport with guests to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of the menu, promotions, and events.
  • Support management in executing guest engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with service staff to ensure seamless dining experiences.
  • Promote a positive image of the café by maintaining high standards of hospitality and

grooming.

  • Assist in social media/marketing activities.

Qualification:

Candidates with O' Levels or a Hospitality Diploma from a renowned hospitality school will be given preference

Experience :

At least 1 year of prior experience in a vibrant, youth-oriented café or bistro that resonates with Gen Z culture

  • Female candidate, well-presented and confident.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Urdu).
  • Friendly, approachable, and proactive personality.
  • Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
