Sales & Client Relations Executive (Female Candidates Only)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Sales Executive to join our solar division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling solar products and solutions, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is perfect for someone passionate about renewable energy and eager to grow in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and actively pursue new sales opportunities for solar products and solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to explain solar system benefits and solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Follow up on leads and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior sales experience (solar, renewable energy, or B2B sales preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in client handling and ability to meet sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of solar products will be an advantage (training will be provided).
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
