Kickstart is Pakistan's largest coworking space operator with a mission of creating ease of doing business for SMEs, start-ups, and freelancers. We have 15 operational coworking spaces in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, with 5600+ members using our spaces daily.

We are looking for a Front Desk Officer in Islamabad. As a Front Desk Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and managing our guest services and valet services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Coordinating guest services to ensure a positive experience for visitors, including providing information about amenities and facilities.
  • Answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Managing the front desk area and ground floor, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and water management.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations as needed.
  • Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
  • Providing basic information to visitors regarding company services, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinating valet services for visitors, including managing valet staff schedules and ensuring smooth operation of valet parking.
  • Assisting with special projects or tasks as assigned by management.

Required background:

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer or in a similar customer service/administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in coordinating guest services or similar hospitality services is preferred.
  • Experience in coordinating valet services or similar services is a plus.
