  • Lead interior design and architectural projects from concept development to final execution, ensuring alignment with Lujain's fit-out and furniture production standards.
  • Engage directly with clients to gather project requirements, define design goals, and present mood boards, design concepts, and 3D presentations for approval.
  • Create and develop full 2D and 3D design packages, including layouts, furniture plans, material boards, and high-quality renderings using 3DS Max, V-Ray, Corona, and Photoshop.
  • Responsible for generating detailed FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) packages, including item specifications, finishes, and sourcing details.
  • Produce visually compelling 3D presentations and visuals to effectively communicate design intent and support client approvals.
  • Develop and review BOQs, cost estimates, and technical specifications for interior and custom furniture elements.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments (joinery, MEP, procurement) and external contractors to ensure seamless workflow and on-time delivery.
  • Supervise material selection, sourcing, and sampling processes to ensure alignment with project aesthetics, technical requirements, and budget constraints.
  • Monitor project timelines, site progress, and installation quality to maintain high standards and meet deadlines.
  • Provide technical oversight and ensure precision in construction documents, including detailed shop drawings for furniture and fit-out components.
  • Collaborate with production teams to manage the fabrication of custom furniture, cabinetry, partitions, and decorative items in accordance with approved designs.
  • Conduct regular site visits to supervise installations, address technical issues, and confirm design accuracy and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, and actively participate in design coordination meetings to ensure project alignment throughout all phases.
