  • Oversee the production of furniture and woodwork products from natural wood, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
  • Develop and execute production plans encompassing scheduling, material allocation, and staffing requirements.
  • Supervise production staff, including woodworkers, finishers, and assemblers, providing training and managing performance evaluations.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of materials and equipment, with a focus on budgeting and cost management.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment, in compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like design and sales to align production with customer specifications.
  • Maintain accurate production records and generate comprehensive reports as necessary
  • Execute additional tasks delegated by superiors.
  • Price and quantity estimation: Determine material, labor, and overhead costs for pricing products, and estimate required materials Cutting schedules: Develop schedules for wood cutting considering material availability and production capacity.
  • Creating quotes: Prepare accurate and tailored sales documents outlining price, terms, and conditions.
  • Managing inventory: Monitor material and finished goods quantities, reorder materials, and handle obsolete inventory.
  • Quality control: Inspect products to uphold quality standards and address quality issues promptly
  • Customer service: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide support throughout the sales process.
  • Supervise sites from the start of work to its final delivery, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards. Execute additional tasks delegated by Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs200,000.00 per month
