Shift Timings: 12 PM - 9 PM or 1 PM - 10 PM

Office Location: Bahria Town Tower, PECHS Block 2, Karachi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Jr. Accounts Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and managing payable processes. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively liaise with bank representatives and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle accounts payable processes including invoice verification, processing payments, and maintaining vendor records.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

Assist in the preparation and filing of financial documents and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with bank associates for smooth banking transactions.

Utilize MS Excel for financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.

Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Ensure proper filing and organization of accounting documents.

Assist with other finance and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting principles.

Familiarity with filing systems (physical and/or digital).

Ability to establish and maintain rapport with bank personnel.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Knowledge of accounting software will be considered a plus.
