Role Description

This is a full-time Hybrid role for a Flatbed Truck Dispatcher in USA logistics. 5:00pm to 3:00 am PST.The Flatbed Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling drivers for flatbed shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with transportation regulations. Daily tasks include communicating with drivers and customers, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. The dispatcher will also need to manage logistics software and update routing information as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience in transportation dispatching, particularly with flatbed trucks
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with logistics software and routing systems
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Attention to detail and adherence to regulatory compliance
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
