Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatcher located in Islamabad. The Dispatcher will be responsible for handling customer calls, booking rides, and providing support for truck dispatching, which includes load booking, route optimization, and paperwork management. The role also involves ensuring that taxi companies do not miss any ride opportunities and truck owner-operators receive the support needed for their operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with taxi call booking and truck dispatching
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with route optimization and load booking
  • Proficiency in using dispatch software and systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Previous experience in logistics and transportation is beneficial
