We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our Truck Dispatching team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with trucking companies and owner-operators, and promoting our dispatching services to help clients maximize their loads and profits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential clients such as owner-operators and small to mid-sized trucking companies.
  • Present and promote dispatching services through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized dispatching solutions.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the dispatching team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, trucking, logistics, or dispatching (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with U.S. trucking industry, lanes, and freight types (a plus).
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, Google Sheets, email, etc.).

Compensation:

  • Commission-based / Base + Commission (depending on company policy)
