Trainer Requirement
SGS Pakistan is seeking a highly qualified Freelance Trainer to conduct a 3-day classroom training on
Waukesha Engine Operation & Troubleshooting
(focused on ESM-1/2 equipped engines). The program is designed for engineers and technical staff working in Gas Processing Units and Power Generation, ensuring safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operation.

Trainer Academic Qualification (Minimum)

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering
  • Waukesha Certified (GET)

Trainer Expertise & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of industrial experience in Oil & Gas or Power sectors.

  • Strong expertise in:

  • Waukesha ESM-1/2 systems (components, controls, and interfaces)

  • Ignition and fuel systems
  • Speed control and AFR2 system components
  • HMI operation, parameters, alarms, and shutdowns
  • Troubleshooting and corrective maintenance

  • Safety, system communication, and customer interface

  • Minimum 3 years of prior training delivery experience with reputable industries.

  • Ability to conduct hands-on sessions, troubleshooting demonstrations, and case studies.
