About the Role:

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Executive with a proven track record in LinkedIn lead generation and cold email outreach. The ideal candidate should understand the full B2B sales cycle and will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and converting qualified leads into business opportunities for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential B2B clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Run personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with target decision-makers
  • Create and manage cold email sequences using outbound sales tools
  • Write clear, engaging, and tailored messages to drive responses and interest
  • Maintain and update lead data, response status, and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with the business development team to qualify and hand off warm leads

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns
  • Solid background in selling IT services or digital solutions to global clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms to manage leads and pipeline
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Upwork or other freelancing platforms (a plus but not mandatory)
  • Exposure to working with international clients, especially from the US, UK, or EU markets
