We run ROI-driven campaigns from Pakistan to North America, specializing in PPC, SEO, branding, and full-scale content production in-house. We're growing in high-performance PPC and need a dedicated expert who can own execution, optimization, and scaling for Acrosoft, Workpod, and its clients.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing e-commerce PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Shopping, Performance Max, Search) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram product catalogue campaigns).
You'll be responsible for the PPC lead with a proven strategy, while you focus on technical setup, feed optimization, campaign management, and ROAS scaling.
This is a hands-on role—we're looking for someone who lives inside the ad accounts, knows how to read the data, and can take a store from break-even to highly profitable.
Your knowledge and Experience -
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and PPC campaign management.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
Proven ability to improve website visibility, rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Skilled in keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance reporting.
Ability to plan, execute, and optimize SEO & PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Solid understanding of technical SEO (crawlability, indexation, site speed, and schema markup).
Google Ads or Analytics certification will be considered a strong plus.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills, team collaboration, and time management.
Daily Tasks-
Conduct initial SEO audits to identify gaps, opportunities, and quick wins.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation.
Optimize website content, meta tags, site structure, and internal linking for better search performance.
Manage technical SEO elements, including crawlability, indexation, page speed, and schema markup.
Develop and execute local SEO strategies for targeted geographies.
Build and implement white-hat link-building strategies.
Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search & Display), LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms.
Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with design teams for engaging creatives.
Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and optimize landing pages for higher conversions.
Manage campaign budgets and bids to maximize ROI and maintain a low CPL (cost per lead).
Track and report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Extra brings happiness.
Experience with Klaviyo, email flows, and integrating PPC with retention marketing.
Knowledge of TikTok Ads for e-commerce.
Familiarity with scripts and automation for PPC optimization.
Experience in North American markets.
