We're now expanding our Pakistan-based team to help onboard new property owners and ensure a smooth experience from first contact to listing activation.
About the Role
As a Start / Onboarding Coordinator, you'll be the first impression of Ziprent for new property owners interested in our services. You'll respond to inquiries, explain our technology and process, and guide owners through onboarding until their listings go live.
This role combines sales communication, customer success, and property listing coordination — ideal for someone who is confident, organized, and loves connecting with people in a professional, English-speaking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound leads into active clients by explaining Ziprent's services and technology clearly and persuasively.
- Respond promptly to 100% of new lead inquiries within two business hours.
- Handle calls and emails professionally:
- Maintain a 95% or higher call answer rate.
- Send ~70 professional, high-quality email replies per shift (1,400 per month).
- Follow up on inactive leads and overcome objections with professionalism and confidence.
- Coordinate listing activation by working with field teams for photos, access, and compliance data.
- Ensure listings meet habitability and fair housing standards prior to publishing.
- Update CRM threads and dashboards accurately for cross-department visibility.
- Support underperforming listings with market insights and pricing guidance.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Fluent, neutral English accent (U.S.-friendly) — absolutely required.
- Strong, polished written English with impeccable grammar and tone.
- 1–2 years of customer-facing sales or support experience (real estate, SaaS, or property management preferred).
- Comfortable with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and multiple communication tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and the ability to work independently.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection and quiet, professional workspace.
- Open to feedback and eager to learn — you'll receive consistent coaching and development support.
- Experience with U.S. clients or property management systems.
Work Environment
- Fully remote — based in Pakistan, collaborating daily with U.S. teams.
- Workdays: Tuesday–Saturday (to align with the U.S. business week).
- Hours: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM PST / 7:00 PM–3:30 AM PKT.
- You'll be trained and onboarded by our international Start & Onboarding team through Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
