Business Development Manager

Quadtrum is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT/software industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing leads, converting prospects, and maintaining strong client relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to grow sales pipelines, communicate with clients professionally, and is familiar with platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn for business growth.
Required Skills :
Upwork profile management & bidding strategy
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required)
Client communication & negotiation
Sales and lead generation
Email and calendar management
Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Trello, or similar)
Presentation and proposal writing skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and networking
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
