Job Summary:

We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Sales Representative for our USA-based company. This role is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to start their career in procurement and sales while working in an international business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and negotiating competitive prices and terms.
  • Coordinate with sales and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and relevant documentation.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business and sourcing opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate supplier and client databases.
  • Support daily communication and coordination with U.S. clients and vendors.
  • Handle reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Positive attitude, quick learner, and good negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a night shift and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
