The Role
You'll be part of our Publications Division, connecting with researchers and helping them publish their work globally. This role is communication-focused, target-driven, and performance-based. You will build relationships, manage leads, and convert opportunities into results.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with researchers through outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp.


• Handle follow-up conversations professionally and close deals through effective follow-up strategy.


• Understand client requirements and recommend the right publication solutions.


• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.


• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.


• Share feedback to improve sales processes and outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, English, or a related field.


• 1–2 years of experience in international sales.


• Prior experience in Research Publications or RSP is preferred.

• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.


• Proficiency in multitasking across live chat, emailing, calling, WhatsApp chatting, and CRM handling.
