  • Global Client Acquisition:
    Strategically prospect, qualify, and close new high-value B2B contracts through high-volume outbound calling.

Essential Qualifications (Mandatory Screening)

We require candidates with a proven track record in a demanding, international BPO environment:

  • Prior International Experience is Mandatory:
    Minimum 2+ years of verifiable BPO experience
    in either
    International Calling Sales (Outbound)
    or
    International Calling Customer Support
    with documented sales targets.
  • Communication:
    Fluent, business-level English proficiency (C1/C2) for professional cross-border communication.
  • Target-Driven Mindset:
    Documented history of
    quota achievement
    and the confidence to operate in a high-pressure, incentive-based sales role.
  • Commitment:
    Full, reliable
    Night Shift
    availability and mandatory on-site attendance in Karachi.
