Job Summary

Core Growth Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a
Technical Project Manager
to lead the full lifecycle of SaaS and enterprise software projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong
technical expertise
with
strategic project management
, ensuring alignment between engineering execution and business goals. This role demands a proactive leader experienced in
Agile methodologies
,
team coordination
, and
high-quality software delivery
.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Planning & Execution

  • Define project scope, technical objectives, and deliverables.
  • Plan sprints, resource allocation, and development timelines.
  • Drive the complete SDLC across engineering, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps.
  • Ensure seamless CI/CD integration and scalable architecture delivery.

Agile & Delivery Management

  • Lead Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Manage JIRA workflows, backlog prioritization, and sprint velocity.
  • Foster Agile maturity and process optimization within teams.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Act as a key bridge between leadership, clients, and technical teams.
  • Deliver transparent progress reports, risk updates, and KPIs.
  • Simplify complex technical insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Risk, Quality & Compliance

  • Identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and monitor dependencies.
  • Oversee QA alignment, UAT, and product validation.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and industry standards.

Resource & Budget Management

  • Allocate technical resources efficiently across projects.
  • Track project budgets, tools, and license usage.
  • Optimize delivery timelines and team productivity.

Project Closure & Optimization

  • Oversee product launches and post-deployment reviews.
  • Conduct retrospectives to document learnings and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years
    of experience managing complex software projects.
  • Certifications such as
    PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP
    preferred.
  • Proficiency with
    JIRA, Git, Confluence, Jenkins, Docker
    , etc.
  • Strong command of
    Agile, Scrum, SDLC, and DevOps
    principles.
  • Exceptional
    leadership, analytical, and communication
    skills.
  • Experience with
    cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    is a plus.
