Overview:
We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy
Marketing Copywriter & AI Specialist
to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing copy across multiple channels, including funnels, landing pages, social media, and email campaigns. Additionally, you will leverage artificial intelligence to enhance our marketing efforts, streamline content creation, and optimize campaign performance.

This is a hybrid role, where you'll combine your writing skills with a strong understanding of AI tools to create personalized, data-driven content that engages and converts. You will also be assessed through a mandatory task where you will create a 15-day marketing plan based on the last 15 days of meeting notes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Copy Creation: Write persuasive and engaging copy for various marketing channels, including landing pages, email marketing campaigns, social media, LinkedIn posts, and sales funnels.
• AI Integration: Use AI tools to improve content production, analyze trends, and automate repetitive tasks in the marketing workflow. Utilize machine learning models to optimize copy and performance.
• Campaign Strategy Development: Work with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies that align with business goals, targeting the right audience across multiple touchpoints.
• Content Optimization: Continuously analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize content and improve conversion rates.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, product teams, and other departments to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging across all channels.
• Mandatory Assessment: As part of the selection process, candidates will be required to analyze the last 15 days of marketing meeting notes and provide a 15-day marketing plan, detailing strategies for campaigns, content, and performance goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven Copywriting Experience: Strong experience in writing high-converting marketing copy, especially for funnels, landing pages, social media, and email marketing.
• AI Expertise: Experience using AI tools for content creation, personalization, and campaign optimization (e.g., GPT-based tools, AI-driven content generation platforms, or any other related tools).
• Understanding of Marketing Funnels: In-depth understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and the role of content at each stage of the sales cycle.
• SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content writing to improve organic search rankings.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and adjust content strategies based on performance metrics.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality, error-free content.
• Familiarity with Marketing Tools: Proficiency in marketing platforms and tools, including email marketing software (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.), social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI Content Tools: Familiarity with AI writing assistants, content optimization tools, and automation platforms.
• Project Management Skills: Experience managing content calendars, deadlines, and collaborating with multiple teams.
• Marketing Experience: Previous experience in marketing, especially in digital and content marketing roles.
