Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture and development of cross-platform mobile applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product direction, iterate on solutions, and deliver features that align with business goals.
  • Implement clean, maintainable, and testable code while upholding engineering best practices and standards.
  • Oversee the full application lifecycle from concept to deployment, including testing, debugging, and CI/CD processes.
  • Drive and participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and setting the bar for technical excellence.
  • Partner with UX/UI designers to bring intuitive and visually polished user interfaces to life.
  • Leverage state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and other modern tools to ensure smooth and reliable user experiences.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional mobile development experience with a proven track record of React Native projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with deep knowledge of React Native fundamentals, lifecycle methods, hooks, and custom components.
  • Experience designing mobile architectures, optimizing performance, and working with modern build pipelines (e.g., Babel, Webpack, NPM).
  • Proficiency with Git workflows, branching, and code management strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, able to balance technical depth with product impact.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and guide technical decisions.
  • Experience in Flutter is a strong plus.
