Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior Cold Caller with strong communication and persuasion skills to connect with U.S.-based decision-makers (Founders, CTOs, Product Managers, CMOs) and introduce them to our software services.
You'll play a key role in our business development pipeline, generating interest, booking appointments, and building relationships that convert into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with potential clients in the U.S. market.
- Identify client pain points and align Deployed's services with their business needs.
- Book qualified discovery calls for our Business Development team.
- Maintain a consistent call volume and conversion ratio.
- Manage leads and updates in our CRM.
- Collaborate with the BD and marketing team to refine call scripts and outreach strategy.
- Provide feedback on client responses, objections, and industry trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in international cold calling / B2B outbound sales (preferably U.S. market).
- Strong understanding of IT/software services (web, mobile, AI, cloud, etc.).
- Excellent spoken and written English, neutral or U.S.-accent preferred.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working night shifts.
- Must be based in Lahore and available onsite.
