Role Overview
As an
Email & Cold Call Specialist
, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your main focus will be crafting effective outreach emails, conducting discovery cold calls, and setting up qualified meetings for the Business Development Managers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, thrives on targets, and wants to grow in the tech sales domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads within target markets.
- Craft personalized and compelling cold email sequences to generate interest.
- Conduct cold calls to engage prospects, pitch our services, and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings/demos between qualified prospects and senior BD team members.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, calls, and responses in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the BD and Marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategy.
- Track and report KPIs such as email open rates, call outcomes, and meetings booked.
- Continuously optimize scripts, email templates, and outreach processes.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales outreach, cold calling, or lead generation (preferably in tech/IT services).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Confidence and persistence in making cold calls.
- Familiarity with email outreach tools, CRMs, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Prior experience selling IT services, SaaS, or web development solutions.
- Understanding of web technologies (HTML, React, Node, etc.) to communicate confidently with prospects.
