About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Operations to join our Head Office team. The ideal candidate will support smooth day-to-day operations, handle documentation, manage inventory, and ensure timely processing of approvals and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify Purchase Orders (POs), GRNs, vendor bills, and security receiving documents for payment requisitions.
  • Manage documentation flow for bills, approvals, and payment processing.
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, WHT, and sales tax queries.
  • Ensure proper store management and inventory control, including purchase requests, GRN preparation, and stock transfer documentation.
  • Monitor and record sales orders and stock consumption in SAP with accuracy.
  • Assist the Head of Operations in new product development and market-related tasks.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational processes, approvals, and documentation requirements.

Requirements

  • BBA/MBA preferred.
  • 1 year-2 year of relevant experience in operations department.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP software and inventory handling is MUST
  • Excellent document management & approval process handling.
  • Energetic, target-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
