Assistant Operations Manager
to oversee operations at our
Sialkot factory
. The role involves managing production operations, coordinating procurement, and ensuring smooth collaboration with the dispatch facility located at another site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage
    day-to-day factory operations
    related to surgical instruments production.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely purchasing of raw materials, consumables, and supplies.
  • Monitor
    production schedules, quality standards, and workflow efficiency
    .
  • Liaise with the dispatch facility at the other location to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
  • Maintain proper records of procurement, production, and operational activities.
  • Implement operational policies, SOPs, and best practices to improve productivity.
  • Manage and support factory staff, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and vendor management.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on operations, procurement, and production status.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
    .
  • Proven experience in
    factory operations, production management, or procurement
    (manufacturing/medical instruments industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and coordinate across different locations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/operations management software will be an advantage.
