Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Operations Manager (Solar) located in the Lahore District. The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing project timelines, liaising with engineering teams, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and assisting in the planning and execution of solar projects. The role also involves managing resource allocation, overseeing maintenance schedules, and solving operational issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise
    end-to-end solar project execution
    (residential, commercial & industrial).
  • Manage
    installation teams, site engineers, and technicians
    to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Oversee
    site supervision, QA/QC, HSE compliance, and technical documentation
    .
  • Coordinate with
    sales & design teams
    to validate project feasibility and support proposals.
  • Ensure effective management of
    inventory, material dispatch, and vendor coordination.
  • Monitor system performance post-installation and ensure
    effective troubleshooting & escalation
    .
  • Support management in
    process improvement, cost control, and customer satisfaction
    .

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Electrical / Energy Engineering
    (Master's preferred).
  • 3–5 years experience
    in solar EPC or renewable energy operations.
  • Strong knowledge of
    solar PV systems, inverters, net metering, and safety standards
    .
  • Excellent
    team management and communication skills
    .
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced, multi-project environment
    .
