Job Summary:

The Customer Technical Support Representative at
FC Farrukh Cattle Feed
will be responsible for providing technical guidance, after-sales support, and professional assistance to customers regarding our cattle feed products. The role involves helping customers improve livestock nutrition, addressing product-related concerns, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through timely and accurate technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or in-person visits regarding cattle feed products and usage.
  • Provide technical support on feed formulations, feeding programs, and animal nutrition practices.
  • Assist farmers and distributors in identifying the right feed solutions for various cattle breeds and production goals.
  • Troubleshoot product-related issues and coordinate with the production or quality control team to resolve them.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Support the sales team by offering technical expertise during customer consultations and promotional events.
  • Educate customers on feed storage, feeding schedules, and animal health management.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on recurring technical issues, customer trends, and product performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture
    , or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in livestock nutrition or technical support preferred or Freshies can also Apply.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical information in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Passion for animal care, farming, and livestock management.
