We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. We believe in providing exceptional service and support to our customers via Fiverr and Upwork, ensuring their experiences with us are seamless and satisfactory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via chat mostly, and sometimes video/audio meetings to provide effective customer service since we are Fiverr and Upwork based agency.
  • Answer customers' questions promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of skill knowledge to assist customers effectively. (Of course, we will provide training)
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong command of English in writing, as all of our communication is via chat with international clients.
  • Ability to understand diverse customer needs and offer effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Good typing speed.
  • Any kind of prior experience with Fiverr and Upwork would be preferred but not necessary.
