We are seeking motivated and energetic Call Representatives to join our sales team. You will be handling calls for our USA-based campaign, focused on selling business signage and neon signs. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with clients, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA.
  • Pitch and promote our business signage and neon sign products.
  • Build strong customer relationships and handle inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (listening & speaking).
  • Prior call center/sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work on USA shifts (night shift).
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
