Job Description:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to plan and execute strategies that boost online sales and strengthen our digital presence. The role will focus on driving paid advertising (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) and coordinating with the SEO team to achieve improved visibility and long-term results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute strategies/campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage paid ads across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Guide and coordinate with the SEO team to achieve rankings, traffic, and performance goals.
  • Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize for ROI.
  • Report overall marketing and e-commerce performance to the Head of Department.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years' experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and analytics (management-level).
  • Experience with Shopify/WooCommerce or similar platforms.
  • Creative, analytical, and result-driven mindset.
