About Us

PureLogics is a global IT and staffing solutions company serving U.S.-based clients. We specialize in custom software development, staff augmentation, and recruitment services. We are now expanding our
staffing and recruitment business development team
and looking for a motivated BD Executive who can bring in new clients and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities with U.S.-based clients in staffing and recruitment.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close business deals.
  • Understand client staffing needs and align them with company resources.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Represent the company professionally in client interactions, meetings, and presentations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    Business Development for staffing and recruitment services
    (U.S. market preferred).
  • Strong understanding of staffing models (contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and other lead generation platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
