Role Description

This is an on-site Trainer role based in Rawalpindi. The Trainer will be responsible for organizing and delivering training sessions, developing course materials, and providing mentorship to learners. The responsibilities include conducting workshops, monitoring the progress of trainees, and adapting training strategies to align with technological and industry trends. The role also involves evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and driving improvements to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Training Delivery, Workshop Facilitation, and Mentorship
  • Experience in Curriculum Development, Course Design, and Knowledge Sharing
  • Proficiency in Problem-Solving, Analytical Thinking, and Feedback Mechanisms
  • Ability to stay updated with Technology Trends and incorporate them into training
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience working in educational or technological environments is an asset
