Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to be the first point of contact with potential clients.
Role Overview
The SDR will focus on outbound and inbound lead engagement
— making calls, qualifying prospects, and scheduling demos for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a strong grasp of CRM best practices to keep our pipeline moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads, prospects, and inbound sign-ups to qualify opportunities.
- Schedule product demos with qualified leads for the sales team.
- Manage and update
CRM pipeline stages
, ensuring data accuracy. - Prospect for new leads through calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Nurture international leads, adapting communication style to different cultures.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly quotas for calls, meetings, and opportunities created.
- Work closely with sales and marketing to optimize outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience as an
SDR, BDR, Inside Sales Rep, or similar outbound sales role
. - Excellent
spoken English
and communication skills; comfortable speaking to executives. - Experience working with
international audiences
across time zones. - Proficiency in using
CRM software
(HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). - Strong prospecting skills (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement).
- Goal-driven, organized, and resilient when handling high call volumes.
- Passion for technology, SaaS, or AI a strong plus.
