About Us

We're building an Agentic AI Infrastructure platform
that empowers businesses to create and scale AI-driven simulations, brand avatars, and growth strategies. As we expand globally, we're looking for a motivated
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to be the first point of contact with potential clients.

Role Overview

The SDR will focus on outbound and inbound lead engagement
— making calls, qualifying prospects, and scheduling demos for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a strong grasp of CRM best practices to keep our pipeline moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads, prospects, and inbound sign-ups to qualify opportunities.
  • Schedule product demos with qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Manage and update
    CRM pipeline stages
    , ensuring data accuracy.
  • Prospect for new leads through calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Nurture international leads, adapting communication style to different cultures.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly quotas for calls, meetings, and opportunities created.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to optimize outreach strategies.

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience as an
    SDR, BDR, Inside Sales Rep, or similar outbound sales role
    .
  • Excellent
    spoken English
    and communication skills; comfortable speaking to executives.
  • Experience working with
    international audiences
    across time zones.
  • Proficiency in using
    CRM software
    (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong prospecting skills (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement).
  • Goal-driven, organized, and resilient when handling high call volumes.
  • Passion for technology, SaaS, or AI a strong plus.
